Stables make a crèche landing at Holborough!
Michael Parkes and Berkeley Homes have exchanged on a new lease with Stables Daycare Ltd of Hildenborough to provide a crèche facility at Holborough Lakes nr Maidstone.
The deal for 3000sq.ft of nursery space will have capacity for 60 children, adding to the attraction of this lakeside family development. The new crèche will also create new jobs in the local economy.

SUBWAY JOINS THE RANKS AS VICTORY PIER'S SHIP SAILS IN!
Subway have become the latest retailer to sign up to the Victory Pier scheme in Gillingham following Domino Pizza and Tesco Express. The scheme will launch in August 2009 ready for the new intake of students in September.

Domino Pizza have exchanged contracts to lease new premises as Victory Pier, a 20acre urban village being developed by Berkeley First. Domino will be joining Tesco Express, a new student housing facility for the University of Kent and a 120 bed hotel.

MICHAEL PARKES SURVEYORS LTD AND THE CHILDREN’S TRUST BEGIN KENT ACQUISITION PROGRAMME
Michael Parkes Surveyors Limited have been appointed as agents, retained by The Children’s Trust, to acquire up to six new retail units in Kent as part of their expansion programme.
The first store is opening in Gabriel’s Hill, Maidstone in early June.
