Tesco Express stakes its flag at Victory Pier

The new 20 acre ‘Waterside Village’ urban redevelopment at Victory Pier has been launched.
Work is under way to provide 608 student rooms for the University of Kent.
Our most recent success comes in the form of an early commitment to the site by Tesco Express.

The site works are due to be completed by June 2009.
