 Magnus Park is a new development of 4 acres in the heart of the Medway City Estate. It provides 3 warehouses of 15, 000 sq. ft. each with large self contained secure yards available on a pre-let basis.The Magnus Park scheme was refused detailed planning consent following local ecological objections. But through the hard work of Michael Parkes Surveyors Ltd. we have secured full detailed planning consent though the appeal process. Work begins in earnest this week for site preparation with 1st phase completion for Magnus Park expected in June 2008. |
