Michael Parkes and Berkeley Homes have exchanged on a new lease with Stables Daycare Ltd of Hildenborough to provide a crèche facility at Holborough Lakes nr Maidstone.

The deal for 3000sq.ft of nursery space will have capacity for 60 children, adding to the attraction of this lakeside family development. The new crèche will also create new jobs in the local economy.
