This development is approximately 8 years old and upon completion we were placed under the management of a well know Property Company. As the years have passed it has become very apparent that the service we have received totally lacked cohesion, several changes of Managers, some appalling, accounts in a mess, and the very obvious disinterest in this small private estate.

In 2016, I was asked by the owners here to engage the services of Emma Catterall, of Michael Parkes  Surveyors. What a breath of Spring!

Emma Catterall, inherited virtually no information from our previous Managers, accounting was appalling . Emma has slowly sifted through the mire and we are all so grateful that our development is now under the care of such an interested and caring person.
